Event Description:
Sled Dog Teams from around the Midwest gather to compete in four different staged races. Visitors can watch the fast start and see different parts of the race as the mushers trek through the Bayfield County Forest. The weekend also features opportunities to meet the mushers over a meal and listen to Steve Ballou give a talk about harvesting space rocks on Antarctica!
