Event Description:
Celebrate the arrival of Summer on Madeline Island at our “Eat, Skate, Stay and Play” event June 14th through June 17th. This 4 day island event starts with the 29th annual Chequamegon Chef Exhibition. Our island Chef Exhibition features approximately 25 invited chefs from around the region, demonstrating their craft in three categories: appetizers, entree’s, and desserts. This is followed by the 8th annual Apostle Islands Inline Skate Marathon that draws top level skaters from all over the country.

Thursday, June 14 – Chequamegon Chef Exhibition, 29th Annual, 6-8 p.m. – in the BIG tent
Saturday, June 16 – The 9th Annual Apostle Islands InLine Skate Marathon – on the roads, 8 a.m.; followed by entertainment noon to 5 p.m. in the BIG tent
Sunday, June 17 – Sunday services, 10 a.m. to welcome the Summer Solstice – in the BIG tent

This is a well-attended and much anticipated event and the number of tickets is limited.  When making your plans to be on the island for this gala summer weekend, be sure  to call us at: 888-475-3386 for advance sale of Chef Exhibition tickets. We can take Visa or Mastercard for advance purchase from our office and at the door, in addition to cash or check.  You can also reach us locally at 715-747-2801. Tickets are $35. Service fees apply on credit card orders. Advance tickets are also available at the Ashland Area Chamber of Commerce, Bayfield Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Bureau, The Bayfield Inn, and La Pointe Madeline Island Ferry Office.
