The American String Quartet, internationally recognized as one of the world's finest quartets, will be performing a special Independence Day concert at the Clubhouse on Madeline Island as part of the Madeline Island Music Camp Chamber Music Festival. Their program will include Beethoven's Op. 95, "Serioso;" Dvorak's Op. 96, "American;" and Tchaikovsky's Sextet in D minor, Op. 70, "Souvenir de Florence," featuring violist Rami Solomonow and cellist Peter Stumpf. This concert will end in time for the Madeline Island fireworks show.
