The Ariel Quartet, described as “a consummate ensemble gifted with utter musicality and remarkable interpretive power” by the American Record Guide, will be presenting a concert at the Clubhouse on Madeline Island as part of the Madeline Island Music Camp Chamber Music Festival. They will be performing Haydn’s Op. 76, No. 1 in G Major; Berg’s String Quartet Op. 3; and Brahms’ Sextet in G Major, featuring Kirsten Docter on viola and Alan Rafferty on cello. Tickets range between $25-$35, reserved seating, and can be purchased online at music-camp.org or by calling 715-747-2561. They can also be purchased at the door.
